Use this track-powered FRED device instead of a truck/coupler on Bachmann freight car to complete off your freight train. Powered to track; no cabling necessary. DC and DCC operations are supported.
Track-Powered FRED Device installs E-Z Mate couplers on the HO Bachmann rolling stock and can operate with several other common brands: 50' Plug-Door Box Car, 50' Steel Reefer, 52'6" Flat Car with 35' Piggyback Truck, 56' ACF Center-Flow Hopper, Canadian 4-Bay Cylindrical Grain Hopper, Evans All-Door Box Car, 27' Ore Car, and 50'6"' ACF Outside Braced Sliding Door Box Car.
